About Ms.Frenkel

The odds have never seemed to be in my favor, at the surface level. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, primarily in public housing, I am second-generation Ukrainian-American and a CODA (child of a deaf adult). I grew up translating more often than I had liked to. Stakes have always been high for me to do well in school and my career to create generational wealth for my family. However, nothing means more to me than having a sense of community.

I lived in survival mode for a long time until I realized I was missing out on all that life had to offer. I will always prioritize taking care of those in my circle and refuse to sit back to watch people struggle. Especially after I learned how to make it out of the struggle mentality and shift into thriving mode.

As a kid, I did not have a bucket list. My goal was to go to school, play with friends when I could, and get home safely. Only in my “wildest dreams”, would I picture myself having a nice kitchen and an outdoor space to sit on a swinging patio chair. Now, I laugh about it, because I know I’m just getting started.

Everyday is an opportunity to be a better version of ourselves. As accomplishments continue to pile on, success has become the rule, not the exception. Purposeful living is the key to my lifestyle coaching approach. If you're facing challenges, consider shifting your perspective; things don't just happen to you—they happen for you.

All hardships are valid and deserve to be heard. You would not be where you are today without learning from your past and being able to move forward. The challenges I have overcome have prepared me to help others in a way that accelerates their growth. Problem-solving is one of my greatest strengths and I am eager to get you to the next level you are ready for.
