It is always a pleasure supporting organizations that are aligned with my values scale using effective strategies. Tracking data and leveraging analytics to make better-informed decisions applies to our personal and professional lives. Holistically, the way that we live is a reflection of the patterns we have learned and choose to maintain. Building meaningful relationships based on authenticity is bound to lead us further into the path(s) that we feel called to do. Hitting short-term goals, while also increasing lifetime value is the kind of work that keeps me going.

The odds have never seemed to be in my favor, at the surface level. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, primarily in public housing, I am a second-generation Ukrainian-American and a CODA (child of a deaf adult). Now, I am a contract interpreter spending time with the vivacious ASL community maintaining strategic partnerships for mission-driven organizations that inspire me. Nothing means more to me than being around people who seek to understand and support one another, in pursuit of making the world a better place.

Taking care of those in my circle is instinctual. I am happy to do so across 1:1 sessions, online/in-person speaking events, the blog, and social media. As education, tools, and resources become more accessible, it is a treasure to witness and become a part of those  shifting from survival mode into thriving. No day is guaranteed. The now is our biggest blessing of all.

Everyday presents an opportunity to be a better version of ourselves. To me, success is having the ability to share your gifts for the greater good, alongside legendary people. Community leaders, change-makers, and advocates of those who could benefit from a little extra support hold a special place in my heart.
